NON-prescription: For all non-Rx purchases, we will exchange or give store credit for unworn, undamaged frame that is returned within 7 days of purchase (with your original receipt). A 15% restocking fee will apply to all frame exchanges.
special frame orders: must be paid in-full in advance. there are No exchanges or returns on special orderED ITEMS.
RX Lenses: Can be reordered due to a doctor's prescription change or error and will be honored free of charge one time only within 90 days for progressives and 60 days for Single Vision and FT. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance; however, all custom lens orders are non-refundable once your order has been placed.
REPAIRS: While the utmost care is taken when carrying out repairs, adjustments or re-lensing your own frames, we cannot be held responsible for any discoloration, breakage or shrinkage. Frames are handled at your own risk.
SALE ITEMS: No exchanges or returns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
INVENTORY: Due to the exclusive nature of our inventory; frame DETAILS (size, color or model INFORMATION) will not be released.
