R&G’s APPOINTMENTs...

  • 50-minute consults - (new frame and/or lenses)

  • 20-minute "Update RX" (for existing frame(s))

  • 15-minute FaceTime/Google duo/Zoom or Skype consult prior to your visit

  • 10-minute Repair/Adjustment appointments

R&G EXTRAS...

  • Plexiglass stations + all staff will wear masks

  • In-house repairs on-the-spot or same day pickup

WE ARE ASKING YOU TO:

  • Be symptom-free for 20 days prior to your appointment (headache, fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath).

  • Wear your mask while being seated for your appointment, if vaccinated, you can remove your mask while trying on eyewear. Your optician may need to ask you to put it back on if another customer is unvaccinated.

  • Allow your optician to pull all frames for you and bring them to your seat.



ALL SURFACES - FRAMES, TABLES, DOOR HANDLES - WILL BE DISINFECTED WITH AN EPA RECOMMENDED DISINFECTANT FOR COVID-19 AFTER EACH VISIT.
