Over the last 9 months I’ve been researching 25+ masks & shields–Trying to find the perfect solution… A mask that would “stay put” when talking (so we don’t touch our face), a mask that wouldn’t fog up our lenses & a mask that will keep us SAFE while still being CUTE… That’s a tall order!
I was the Goldilocks of mask finding… I bought some that were cute, but didn’t hold their shape after washing them. Some that were sporty, but, came apart in the wash. One’s that were too thick behind my ears so I couldn’t wear my glasses with them, others that felt good behind my ears, but didn’t have a filter, so I just didn’t feel it was safe enough. Some that had scratchy fabric that made me break out… and too tight behind my ears so they made my ears pull forward. And I backed Kickstarter projects that never came… It was a costly and time-consuming challenge, but I was determined!
And then… I found them! Great colors, sturdy design, reusable mask with replacement filters, adjustable straps and NO FOGGING!!! I tested them out for a month (I got several colors to go with my outfits and mood) and they are for sure my “go-to” mask. My son wears the smaller size (great for kids 4-10) and loves how sporty it looks. After getting SO many compliments, I decided I HAD to bring them to you guys… my Rims & Goggles family!

WE ARE ASKING YOU TO:
Be symptom-free for 20 days prior to your appointment (headache, fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath).
Wear your mask for the duration of your appointment.
Allow your optician to pull all frames for you and bring them to your seat.
All surfaces - frames, tables, door handles - will be disinfected with an EPA recommended disinfectant for COVID-19 after each visit.
All R&G staff logs their temperature each morning and follows all County, State & CDC Health guidelines.
We are reinforcing all public health guidelines at Rims & Goggles. At this time will be open our regular store hours but are anticipating forced closures in the coming days/week ahead. Please know that if any employee is feeling unwell, they are not to report to work, we ask you do the same. If you would prefer to drive-up to pick up your glasses, we would be happy to do so.
During this mandatory closure period, we will be on-call for any emergency needs, so please call or email us.
