Returns: All returns must be made within 20 business days of purchase. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be made with trackable carrier. Rims & Goggles is not responsible for any lost or unreceived items. RX lenses are not refundable/returnable. Returns/exchanges are for frames only.
Exchanges: Exchanges will be granted at the full cost of returned frame. Customer is responsible for new frame shipping charges.
